新型防垢剂的合成研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和自制单体(MG)采用水溶液共聚合方法合成了一种新型防垢剂。考察了合成条件对该共聚物防垢率的影响,得到最佳反应条件:单体质量比70:15:15,反应温度70℃,反应时间5h,引发剂用量1.4%。并对共聚物性能加以评价。

Abstract:Novel scale -inhibitor was synthesized by solution copolymerization from acrylic acid( AA), acrylamide (AM) and self - made monomer (MG). The effects of reaction conditions on the rate of scale inhibition were examined. Optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of AA,AM and MG 70: 15:15,reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 5 hours, content of initiator 1.4%. The performance of the copolymer was evaluated.
