Al2O3f/ZA27复合材料摩擦磨损性能的研究

摘    要:在ZA27合金中添加不同体积分数的Al2O3短纤维,对其摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,Al2O3/ZA27材料的摩擦系数大于ZA27合金,并且纤维体积分数越大,则平均摩擦系数越大。Al2O3f/ZA27材料的耐磨性明显优于ZA27合金,并且与纤维取向有关。

Abstract:Short alumina fiber with different fiber volume fraction was added to ZA27 alloy. Its friction and wear properties was investigated. The results show that the friction coefficient of Al 2O 3f/ZA27 is higher than that of ZA27 alloy. The higher the fiber volume fraction is, the higher the average friction coefficient will be. The wear resistance of Al 2O 3f/ZA27 is better than that of ZA27 alloy obviously and is relevant to fiber orientation.
