膦酸缓蚀剂的合成及其缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:合成了7种膦酸缓蚀剂。用失重法考察了膦酸浓度及溶液pH值对缓蚀性能的影响,分析了膦酸分子结构与缓蚀性能的关系。通过钢铁表面形态及膜成分分析,证明膦酸是一种吸附型缓蚀剂,在金属表面形成一层致密的憎水保护膜,使腐蚀反应得到抑制。

Abstract:Seven phosphonic acids were synthesized as corrosion inhibitors. The influences of concentration of phosphonic acid, pH of solution and structure of target compounds on corrosion inhibiting properties were investigated by using weight-loss tests, By analyzing morphology and composition of the surface films formed on Q235 steel, it is proved that phosphonic acid is an adsorbing type corrosion inhibitor, and the compact and hydrophobic surface films control corrosion reaction.
