高铅低品位钼的NaClO浸取工艺研究

摘    要:针对高铅低品位钼矿, 采用湿法工艺, 即用NaClO溶液选择性氧化浸取MoS2, 对NaClO用量、浸出液固比、浸出时间、浸出pH值、浸出温度等条件进行了试验研究, 确定了各个单因素最佳条件, 从而制定了合理的提钼工艺流程, 钼的浸出率高达97%。并且推荐了净化、沉钼工艺。

Abstract:MoS2 was selectively leached from high-lead and low-grade molybdenum ore in NaClO solutions by hydrometallurgical processes.The experiment conditions such as the NaClO dosages,ratio of liquid to solid,leaching time,leaching tempreture and pH values were studied,and the optimum operational conditions are determined,then a reasonable processing flowsheet of extracting molybdenum is maken,which the leaching rate could be up to 97%.The processes of molybdenum purification and deposition were presented.
