四丁基溴化铵催化合成2-甲基-2-苯基丙醇

摘    要:在相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵存在下,以氯代叔丁基苯和氢氧化钠为原料合成2-甲基-2-苯基丙醇。分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、氢氧化钠浓度、催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,优化了工艺条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h,氢氧化钠浓度20%(m/m),催化剂用量3%(n/n,以氯代叔丁基苯计),收率68.7%。

Abstract:The synthesis of 2-methyl-2-phenyl-propan-1-ol by the reaction of 2-chloromethyl-2-phenylpropane and sodium hydroxide in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide was studied.The effects of the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the concentration of sodium hydroxide and amount of catalyst on the process were investigated,and the target compound was obtained in 68.7% yield under optimized reaction conditions(70℃,4 h,NaOH concentration 20%,catalyst load 3%).
