巨型模锻液压机同步控制性能影响因素研究

摘    要:同步控制系统是巨型模锻液压机上的关键部分,其同步控制性能的好坏将直接决定产品的质量。对活动横梁与导向立柱之间的配合间隙以及同步控制系统提供的工作压力与回油背压的压差对同步控制性能的影响进行了分析。结果表明:将立柱与侧梁的间隙控制在0.5mm到1.0mm之间可以满足锻件的精度要求;工作压力与回油背压的压力差越大,同步控制系统的动静态性能越好。为巨型模锻液压机同步控制系统的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The synchronous control system is the essential device for giant forging hydraulic press,which synchronization control performance quality is good or bad will directly determine the quality of the product.It analyzes the influent factors:the gap between the moving beam and pillars;the pressure difference between the work pressure and return oil back pressure.The results show that: the gap between the moving beam and pillars is controlled within 0.5mm to 1.0mm,which precision forgings can meet the requirements;the greater the pressure difference between working pressure and return oil back pressure,the better the dynamic and static performance of the synchronization control system is,which provides a reference for designing the synchronous control system of the giant forging hydraulic press.
