AutoCAD动态块的化工设备标准件参数化图库建立

摘    要:在AutoCAD软件环境下,运用AutoCAD2006的动态块功能建立化工设备标准件图库,并通过工具选项板对图库进行管理。图库以化工设备标准件的二维图形作为图块基础,并向块中添加参数和动作定义,从而实现了参数化设计。以椭圆形封头为例,介绍了具体创建动态块的方法,提高了绘图的专业化程度,避免了在以往只能通过对AutoCAD进行复杂的编程才能完成的二次开发工作。此方法还可以扩展到建筑、电气、给排水等专业领域,具有较强的实用性和可扩展性。

Abstract:Through using the function of dynamic- block of AutoCAD 2006, parametric standard part database of chemical engineering equipment was established and managed with tool templates under the circumstance of AutcoCAD. Based on the 2D drawing blocks of standard parts of chemical engineering equipment, parameter and action definition was added in the block, and then the method of parametric design was realized. Taking an elliptic head for an example, a method was introduced to build dynamicblock. The method of building drawing library improves the specialization of drawing and avoids the complexity of AutoCAD .secondary development program. Meanwhile, it can be extended to the other fields such as architecture, electricity and water supply and sewerage. It is practical and expansible.
