矿用通讯控制系统语音模块的优化设计

摘    要:矿用通讯控制系统(mine-used conununication control system,简称MCCS)是一个集工作面的设备监测、自动控制、报警保护于一体的系统。语音模块是MCCS的重要组成部分,主要是实现语音对讲功能。此外,主控制器检测到的告警信息可以通过语音模块进行播报,提高系统的实用性。语音模块由麦克风处理板和语音功放板两块电路板共同实现。本文详细介绍语音模块的总体设计方案及各部分电路的设计。

Abstract:The MCCS is the integrated system of the equipment monitoring of working table, automatic control, alarm protection. The Speech Processing Module is the important part of MCCS, and its main function is calling each other among workers freely. In addition, the host controller to detect the alarm information can be broadcast through it, improving the system's utility. The speech processing module consists of microphone processing board and speech power amplification board. The article introduces overall scheme of Speech Processing Module and the design of circuit of each section in detail.
