摘    要:
介绍了钢包侵蚀机理及承钢100 t转炉系统钢包使用现状,对影响钢包寿命的耐火材料性能、冶炼工艺条件、LF炉工艺条件、生产运行方式等因素进行了分析,指出承钢现阶段工艺条件下,钢包渣线砖的耐侵蚀性能已成为提升钢包寿命的关键因素,采取精炼石灰加入制度、钢包综合砌筑工艺、合理组织生产等措施后,有效提高了钢包寿命。

Abstract:
It is introduced the ladle erosion mechanism and operation status of ladle of 100 t converter system in Cheng Steel,analyzed the factors to influence ladle's work life: refractory material property,smelting process condition,LF furnace condition and production way,pointed out that under the present process condition of Cheng Steel the key to prolong the life is erosion-resistant performance of slag-line brick of ladle.The life gets effective increased with measures: adopting adding refined lime system and ladle comprehensive building process,organizing reasonable production.
