摘    要:目的采用固相萃取-高效毛细管电泳法,测定食品和饮料中9种禁用磺酸类偶氮色素。方法采用固相萃取-高效毛细管电泳法,测定食品和饮料中9种禁用磺酸类偶氮色素(间胺黄、酸性嫩黄G、二甲基黄、酸性橙Ⅰ、酸性橙Ⅱ、酸性品红6B、丽春红2R、丽春红3R、丽春红SX)。并进行条件优化,建立9种禁用色素的高效检测方法。结果平均回收率为81.2%~110.0%, RSD在1.04%~4.95%范围内。结论本研究建立的方法能快速、准确、简便测定食品中9中违禁色素。
