| 摘 要： | 介绍湖北宜化1 800t/d带HRS硫磺制酸装置工艺流程和主要设备.自2006年9月投产以来,该装置一直运行稳定,转化率、吸收率等各项工艺指标均达到或超过设计要求,HRS技术提高了废热利用率,装置实际总产汽量较设计值高出1.0%,其中0.8 MPa蒸汽产量高出3.2%.

| Abstract: | Process flow and main equipment of Hubei Yihua' s 1 800 t/d sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant with HRS are described.Since put into operation in September of 2006,the plant has been running smoothly with all process indexes,including conversion and absorption efficiencies,reaching or superior to the design requirements.
