有层面碾压混凝土轴拉断裂试验研究

摘    要:利用电液伺服式试验机对有层面碾压混凝土试件进行轴拉断裂试验研究。试验结果表明,碾压混凝土层面断裂韧度小于本体断裂韧度,间隔4个小时情况下大约为本体断裂韧度的80%左右;轴拉试件断裂韧度存在尺寸效应,计算修正获得与试件尺寸无关的层面断裂韧度值。本文为碾压混凝土坝的设计、施工及安全度评估提供可靠的参考依据。

Abstract:Fracture characteristics of axial tension of RCC layer surface are studied experimentally by servohydraulic closed-loop testing machine in laboratory, The analysis on experimental data shows that the fracture toughness of RCC layer surface is less than that of RCC for itself, and under 4 hours interval of construction the fracture toughness of RCC layer surface is about 80% of the fracture toughness of RCC for itself. The size effect of the fracture toughness is studied. After the correction of size effect, the toughness of RCC layer surface that is independent of the size of the specimen can be obtained. The reliable reference data is provided for analyzing the designs, construction and safety of the roller concrete dam.
