摘    要:通过对无碳铝镁钢包衬砖的力学性能、热震稳定性和抗渣性的研究,表明在无碳铝镁钢包衬砖中引入Cr2O3可以提高试样的热震稳定性、抗渣性、高温抗折强度、重烧线变化等;添加Si3N4可提高试样的抗渣性和烧后耐压强度,却使试样的热震稳定性变差。

Abstract:The mechanical properties,thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of non-carbon alumina-magnesia bricks used for ladle lining with various content Cr_2O_3 or Si_3N_4 were investigated.The results show that the addition of Cr_2O_3 can improve thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance to slag also improve the high temperature bending strength and the reheat shrinkage;the addition of Si_3N_4 can improve corrosion resistance to slag and bending strength under high temperature but drop the thermal shock resistance.
