| 摘 要： | 以某高校重建教工住宅楼建设工程为例,探讨了施工企业在该建设工程项目预算阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算阶段等各个阶段的造价管理措施,提出施工企业应根据工程特点,采取全过程动态管理的施工造价管理方式。
