| 摘 要： | 以几种不同结构的多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,合成了多种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物(PUA).按照同样比例的单体、引发剂及其他助剂配制成光固化胶粘剂(UV胶),考察了聚氨酯中多元醇结构对UV胶固化速度、黏结强度、胶膜性能等的影响.结果表明,聚氨酯结构中软段结构对UV胶粘剂性能影响比较大,合理地选...

| Abstract: | Several different polyurethane acrylates were synthesized by different polyhydric alcohols with IPDI and HEA.With same light-sensitive monomer,initiator and other assistants the UV curable adhesive was prepared,and the influence of polyhydric alcohols structure on the curing speed,adhesion strength and film properties of that were studied.The results proved that the soft section of polyurethane had important influences on the UV curable adhesive performances,and the polyurethane with proper properties could... |
