| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑外墙保温材料的火灾危险、防火措施进行分析,提出在建筑外墙增设雨淋系统以达到灭火控火作用的建议。对雨淋管道的布置位置、系统设置形式、设计参数、控制方式进行探讨。以某33层办公楼为例介绍外墙保护雨淋系统。管道布置方式为与室内消火栓系统合用,不用增加消防水池容积。不建议与自动喷水灭火系统合用。外墙雨淋系统若自动控制未能及时动作应可手动启动。
