摘    要:本文对气质联用技术在水环境突发性污染事件中的应急监测进行了研究,具体讨论了水中挥发性和半挥发性有机污染物的快速检测方法,结果为:以吹扫捕集-气质联用对水中62种挥发性有机物的检测时间小于25min,检测限在0.16~0.63μg/L,回收率在74.1%~115.9%;以液液微萃取-气质联用对水中63种半挥发性有机物的检测时间小于50min,方法检测限在0.073~3.1μg/L,回收率在34.2%~135.5%。此外还讨论了气质联用技术在应用中的局限性。

Abstract:The emergency monitoring of VOCs and SVOCs in sudden water pollution accident by using GC-MS is discussed.The result showed that it took less than 25min to determine 62 VOCs in water by GC-MS coupled to Purge and Trap method.The detection limits were between 0.16~0.63μg/L,and the recoveries were between 74.1%~115.9%;Meanwhile,it took less than 50min to determine 63 SVOCs in water by by GC-MS coupled to liquid-liquid microextraction.The detection limits were between 0.073~3.1μg/L,and the recoveries were between 34.2%~135.5%.The limitations of GC-MS application are also discussed.
