| 摘 要： | 采用消失模（ＥＰＣ）铸造工艺生产汽缸套，较好地解决了汽缸套中常见的表面的结晶组织差，氧化皮厚等问题，并提高了汽缸套的内在表面品质以及尺寸精度，降低生产成本，提高了生产率。

| Abstract: | The EPC (Evaporative Pattern Casting) process was experimentally used to produce cylinder sleeve. As a result, the common problems such as poor microstructure at surface of casting, thick oxide skin could be quite easily solved. The process improved internal and surface quality and dimension accuracy, and reduced the cost of production and raised the productivity. |
