石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定污水样品中微量铅的酸度影响

摘    要:研究了样品的测定酸度以及不同石墨管对测定微量铅的影响;建立了污水样品溶解、蒸干后,加入与标准溶液体积分数相同的硝酸定容,采用高密石墨管、氘灯扣除背景石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定微量铅的方法。该方法加入标准样品的回收率为89.6%~102.5%。

Abstract:The research on influence of sample acidity and different graphite tubes on the determination of trace lead was carried out.The sawage samples were dissolved and distilled to dryness.And then,joined with the standard solution for nitrate concentration of the same capacity,a high-density graphite tube,deuterium lamp deduction background Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry method was used to determine trace lead in samples.The recovery rate is 89.6%~102.5%.
