新型阳离子表面活性剂合成及性能研究

摘    要:以N,N-二甲基长炭链烷基叔胺、环氧氯丙烷和乙二醇为原料,合成了季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂(RHOC),采用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,并进行了表面张力、耐温和耐盐性能的评定。实验结果表明,该表面活性剂具有较好的表面活性,最低表面张力达到了18.27mN/m;它具有很好的耐温和耐盐性能。

Abstract:Ethylene glycol,epichlorohydrin,alkyl tertiary and amine were used to synthesize the Dodecylamm0nium Chloride surfactant.Structure of the product was characterized with IR spectra.The surface tension of the Dodecylammonium Chloride surfactant had been investigated.And the influence of temperature and salt on the surface of the Dodecylammonium Chloride surfactant tension were aslo discussed.The results showed that this type of phosphate amphoteric surfactants was of high surface activity,and high heat resist...
