自动吊卡系统的可靠性分析

摘    要:基于各系统先验失效分布假设的基础上,应用可靠性框图法对新设计的石油钻机的自动吊卡(液压、控制、机械系统)进行了多层次的可靠性分析,求得自动吊卡3个子系统和总系统使用可靠度随时间的变化趋势。同时根据各元件对系统的影响程度,找到了对系统可靠度影响较大的主要系统部件,并提出提高自动吊卡安全可靠性的相应建议。

Abstract:Based on the assumption of apriori failure distribution using the method of the reliability block diagram,each system(Hydraulic,Control,Machinery Systems)of elevator at multi-level was analyzed,and three sub-systems using reliability trends over time were obtained.While according to the influence of each component on the system,the main components influence on the system reliability in high degrees was found and some suggestions for the improvement of the automatic elevator reliability were made.
