摘    要:通过对膨润土原矿进行不同条件的球磨粉碎,研究了膨润土在超细粉碎过程中物理化学性能的变化,探讨了性能变化的机理,并通过XRD和IR结构分析加以验证.研究发现膨润土粉体的离子交换容量、吸蓝量、白度、胶质价、膨胀倍和流变性都与球磨时间存在密切联系,并呈现一定规律变化.尤其值得引起注意的是,通常被用来计算蒙脱石含量的吸蓝量指标对同一种膨润土矿物并非定值,而与机械研磨程度密切相关.通过结构分析表明,上述这些变化是球磨超细粉碎过程中膨润土受机械力化学作用产生晶体结构畸变引起的.

Abstract:In this article, bentonite ultrafine powder was prepared by ball milling under different condition. The physical and chemical properties of the powder was researched as functions of milling time. The results show that the main properties of bentonite powder such as the cation exchange capacity, the degree of absorption methylene-blue, the Hunter whiteness, the expansion value, the gel swelling value and the theological properties have close relation with the milling time. We assumed that the mechanism of the property changes was due to the crystalline lattice deformation caused by the mechanical-chemistry effect during ball milling. The XRD and IR characterization confirmed our explanation.
