摘    要:石泉电站2号水轮发电机组自1997年以来,上导摆度一直呈增大之势,最大达0.59mm。通过对摆度超标原因的分析,从处理推力头、调整轴线、处理空气间隙着手,使上导摆度合格。

Abstract:Since the hydrogenerator unit 2# for Shiquan Hydropower Station put into opera tion ,the runout of the upper-guide bearing had a trend to increase and sometime it may be up to maximum0.59mm.After complete analysis the cause for runout exce eding admissible limit,a solution started with the treatment of thrust head,adju stment shaft line and regulation air gap to qualify the upper-guide bearing run out.
