| 摘 要： | 如何在职业教育中深入贯彻＂以人为本＂的科学发展观,促进人的全面发展,是职业教育必须认真思考的重大课题。认为在职业教育实践中,要处理好职业道德与职业技能的统筹发展。简要阐述了职业道德与职业技能的关系,及其统筹发展的必要性,并提出了一些建设性意见。

| Abstract: | It is a significant issue facing professional education how to deeply and fully carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development of people-orientedness in to advance all-around development of talents.This paper holds that in professional education practice,it should deal well with the coordinating development between professional ethics and professional skill.It also illuminates the relationships between professional ethics and professional skill and the necessity of their coordinating development and put forward several constructive suggestions. |
