基于层次分析和灰色关联分析的评价模型在卷烟多点加工质量评价中的应用

Application of AHP and GRA-based models to quality evaluation of cigarettes from different production sites

In order to solve such problem as comprehensive evaluation of quality of same product produced in different enterprises, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation model by combining methods of AHP and GRA. Evaluation was divided into seven steps:structure factor system of cigarette quality, weight determination for each factor by AHP, selection of reference sequence for original data, standard processing for the original data, correlation coefficient calculation between various factors and the most superior factor by GRA, interrelation between each enterprise's single level and the multi-level evaluation system, and evaluation of these enterprises. An example of the same product in six enterprises was taken to verify the comprehensive evaluation model. Results showed that:this model was suitable for evaluation of quality of same product produced in different enterprises, and was scientific and operable, and could be used to improve quality and level of homogenization.
