混凝土结构裂缝修复技术研究进展

摘    要:混凝土裂缝存在于整个结构服役过程之中,它的存在严重影响着结构安全、耐久性和结构外观。简要阐述了混凝土结构裂缝修复的重要性,详细介绍了混凝土置换法、填充灌浆法、表面修补法、结构加固法、电化学沉积法、混凝土裂缝自修复法及聚脲技术这七种修复技术的适用条件、施工工艺和优缺点,其中聚脲修复技术因具有优异的修复性、耐久性、绿色环保性而成为新一代裂缝修复技术。

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON CRACKS REPAIR TECHNOLOGY OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Abstract:Concrete cracks exist in the entire service period of building structures,they affect appearance,safety and durability of structures,it's great significance to repair cracks in concrete structures. It was briefly described the importance of repairing cracks in concrete structures,and also introduced seven kinds of cracking mending techniques in details,of which technology of repairing cracks with polyurea has become a new generation cracking mending technique due to its outstanding repairing effect,durability,decorativeness and environment protection. Which provides a new idea for repairing cracks of concrete structures.
