摘    要:真空式复点机是压力传感器在一定的条件下获取信号进行计数。真空气路结构和电路分析直接影响传感器获取信号和复点机计数的准确性。研究分析单通道气路与双通道气路原理及特点,通过实验证明证明各种因素对计数准确率的影响。再将实验结果应用在生产上。

Abstract:The vacuum-type Banknote Counters count the number of notes through pressure sensors obtaining the signal under certain conditions.True structure of the channel and circuit analysis influenced the sensor signal to obtain,which direct influenced the accuracy of counter counts.Analysis of single- channel and dual-channel principle and characteristics,prove a variety of factors which influence the accuracy of the count through experiment.Then experimental results are used the in production.
