对氨基苯磺酸催化合成肉桂醛缩乙二醇

摘    要:以对氨基苯磺酸为催化剂,通过肉桂醛与乙二醇反应合成了肉桂醛缩乙二醇,探讨了对氨基苯磺酸的催化活性,研究了n(肉桂醛):n(乙二醇)、反应时间、催化剂用量及催化剂重复使用等对产物收率的影响。结果表明,对氨基苯磺酸是合成肉桂醛缩乙二醇的理想催化剂,其较优反应条件为:肉桂醛0.1 mol,n(肉桂醛):n(乙二醇)=1.0:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,12 mL环己烷带水剂,回流反应3.0h,肉桂醛缩乙二醇的收率可达76.0%。

Abstract:Cinamaldehyde ethylene acetal was synthesized from cinamaldehyde and ethylene glycol u-sing p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were studied and the optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: cinamaldehyde 0. 1 mol, the molar ratio of cina-maldehyde/ethylene glycol 1. 0/1. 5, catalyst 2. 0%, cyclohexane 12 mL, reaction time 3. 0 h. The yield above 76. 0% can be obtained under the optimal conditions.
