摘    要:赢得值法是一种综合的项目管理技术,它克服了过去在进度和费用上分开控制的缺点,定量地判断进度和费用的执行效果.但该方法在工程项目实践运用中也暴露出了一些弊端.即不能够准确描述出工程项目的实际执行情况和状态.本文在对这些弊端分析研究的基础上,对现有的评价指标进行了合理的补充,以期通过补充后的评价指标对工程项目进度绩效管理和工程项目所处状态准确的把握发挥积极作用,从而提高项目管理水平,保证项目目标的实现.

Abstract:Earned value management (EVM) is a kind of project management technology, which can overcome the weakness of controlling schedule and cost separately in the past, and evaluate the effectiveness of schedule and cost quantitatively. However, the method has also exposed some drawbacks in the project practice, which can not accurately describe the practical implementation and situation of the project. Based on the analysis of these drawbacks, the paper carries on the reasonable supplement to the current evaluation indicators, in order to exert positive effects on grasping the performance management of project schedule and the project status accurately, so as to improve the project management and ensure the accomplishment of the project targets.
