摘    要:530轧机原机前后辊道在生产中故障多,检修耗时长,把双层辊道改进为实用、可靠,多种传动组合的双层辊道。改造方案费用低,施工时间短,在电机的设计中采用最大静力矩的计算原则。

Abstract:The front and rear roller beds of the 530 rolling mill were easy to produce troubles in operation, and a time_consuming maintenance was usually needed for them. The double_deck roller beds were thus modified to become more reliable and easier operated by incorporating multiple transmission modes into them. The modification was low_costed, needing only a short construction time. The maximum static moment calculation criterion was adopted to design the driving motor.
