关于低合金结构钢热校正后的性能变化研究

摘    要:对目前国内外钢结构标准中校正控制温度的差异及相关问题进行探讨,确定试验方案.对热校正常用的烤火工艺进行模拟,测试环境温度为35℃时,烤火过程产生的热效应对不同板厚低合金结构钢Q345-B材质钢板的力学指标和金相组织的影响,分析表面温度、板厚与钢板性能变化之间的相互关系,推荐烤火工艺的最佳控制温度范围.

Abstract:The difference of hot correction control temperature between the standards in steel structure at home and abroad,and relative questions have been discussed,the testing program is decided.Through simulating the general method of hot correction,testing the heat effect to different thickness low alloy steel plate of Q345-B on mechanical property and metallographical organization at 35 ℃,and the relationship of surface temperature,thickness and steel plate mechanical property are analysed,the optimal range of control temperature of hot correction is recommended.
