异形瓶罐定时分件供送螺杆通用性的研究

当今，为适应包装容器日新月异的变化，不断提高包装产品的竞争能力，对包装机械基础件──定时分件供送螺杆装置提出了高速化、多样化、通用化和多功能化等要求。本文着重于螺杆通用性的研究，通过剖析螺杆对瓶罐实现稳定供送的基本前提，以及非原配瓶罐在供送过程中与基准螺杆螺旋槽应有的协调关系，论证了形状尺寸相近的柱形瓶罐之间，柱形与锥台形瓶罐之间，还有单个外廊形状虽不尽相同，但参与相贯的主体部分却完全或接近相同的各类组合瓶罐之间，依给定条件确定基准螺杆有无通用性的根本准则。

A Research on the General Application of the High Speed Timing Screw Used in Conveying for Various Types of Bottles and Cans

Nowdays,in order to keep in step with the changes of packaging containers day'after day,and to increase competitive power of packaging products,as the basic device of packaging machines-the timing screw,requirements of high velocity,variety.universality and multifunctionality have been put forward.This paper focuses on the research on the general application of the timing screw,through analyzing the comrollable condition to realize stable and high speed movement of conveyed article,and also the appropriate relation between non-initial articles and the standard screw flute,it has been proved that certain universality exists among the prism articles which have approximate shape and size,and prism article and cone stand article which have approximate shape and size,also some articles of different outlines which have same or similar main part under joint action of varying pitch screw,from which we can draw twor ules to decide whether the standard timing screw is universal.
