摘    要:从回弹过程中能量逐渐衰减使变形体最终达到新的最低能量平衡状态的观点出发,以动力显式非线性有限元法成形仿真的结果为前提,以仿真结束时的应力、应变状态为初始状态,将成形结束后的回弹预测问题归结为一个大规模组合优化问题来处理,并提出一种求解此回弹预测问题的混合模拟退火算法.通过算例实现及计算结果与有关文献公布的测量结果的比较,验证了所提出的回弹预测方案及所采用的回弹的预测算法的可行性与有效性.

Abstract:From the viewpoint of energy descending during springback,a new minimum energy balancing state can be reached in the deformed part,after a cover panel being formed the springback prediction was treated as a large-scale optimization problem.It took the results of forming simulation performed by dynamic-explicit FEM as the preconditions,and the stress/strain status at the end of forming process as the initial ones.Simultaneously,a hybrid simulated annealing algorithm was put forward to solve the springback prediction problem.As an example,comparing the calculation results with the published measurement ones at specified points,the feasibility and validity of proposed springback prediction scheme are verified.
