| 摘 要： | 文章以济南瑞蚨祥鸿记建筑为研究对象，从历史建筑文化遗产合理保护与改造的角度出发，在研究瑞蚨祥鸿记建筑特色的基础上，提出了瑞蚨祥鸿记建筑可持续性改造设计方案，对设计思路、设计理念、设计内容、设计手法等进行了分析，并对设计策略提出了展望。 |

| Abstract: | From the perspective of reasonable protection of culture heritage and transformation of historical buildings and by taking Jinan Ruifuxiang as an example, this paper puts forward the schemes of sustainable transformation of Jinan Ruifuxiang, analyzes the design proposals, design concept, design contents, design techniques and prospects its design strategy. |
