摘    要:将北京广源益农化学有限责任公司生产的GY–D聚羧酸盐分散剂用于75%苯磺隆和80%二氯喹啉酸水分散粒剂配方中,保持原药、润湿剂、崩解剂的用量不变,只改变分散剂和填料的添加量,用zeta电位分析仪对被分散粒子表面电荷进行测量,并以相应的水分散粒剂的表观悬浮率进行验证试验。结果表明,在分散剂的添加量一定时,zeta电位达到最负值,此时水分散性粒剂的表观悬浮率达到最高。该方法可作为探索阴离子分散剂最佳用量的一个快速可靠的方法。

Abstract:Add the dispersant which was made by Beijing Grand AgroChem Co.,Ltd.to the water dispersible granules of 75% tribenuron-methyl and 80% quinclorac,keep the dosage of technical,water and wetting agents,only change the dosage of dispersants and fillers.Check the charge of the particle surface with a zeta potentiometer,and examine the result by doing a test on suspend percentage of the corresponding water dispersible granule.The result indicate that keeping the dosage of dispersant,suspend percentage of the water dispersible granul get a extremum when its zeta potential at the least,so we can conclude that this is a fast and crediblity method to find the optimal dosage of anion dispersant.
