复合绝缘子运行过程中的损伤蠕变分析

摘    要:
采用Norton蠕变损伤律建立了复合绝缘子的蠕变损伤演化方程,研究了工作载荷对损伤演化的影响规律,给出了不同工作载荷下复合绝缘子损伤与轴向变形之间的对应关系。研究发现,在损伤发生的最初阶段,损伤发展的速度非常缓慢,当损伤超过0.2以后,损伤演化的速度明显加快,绝缘子很快发生破坏。利用复合绝缘子轴向变形与损伤之间的对应关系,可以借助传感器监测运行过程中的复合绝缘子表面轴向变形的变化,从而确定绝缘子的损伤程度。

Based on Norton creep damage evolution law,a creep damage evolution model for com-posite insulators is established.The model is applied to the study of working load influence on damage evolution.A corresponding relation between damage and axial deformation under different working loads is given,The study shows that damage grows quite slowly in the initial stage while absolutely more rapidly even leading to destruction when it reaches more than 0.2.With applying the corresponding re-lation between damage and...
