| Abstract: | Optical humidity sensor and its mechanism are briefly presented. The optical humidity-sensitive films and the preparation methods are expatiated. The development actuality of humidity sensors is summarized and the optical detection methods, developed in recent years are introduced in detail. The developing trend of humidity sensors is brought forward. |
