| 摘 要： | 首先分析了IRP（information resource planning）的概念及其发展，然后强调了在装备保障信息化建设中实施信息资源规划具有重要的意义，最后提出了搞好装备保障信息资源规划的基本步骤，并指出要实现装备保障信息化建设的跨越式发展，必须要加强信息资源规划。 |

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper analyzes the concept of information resources planning(IRP) and its'development.Secondly,it emphasizes the important signification of the IRP at the construction of the informative of the equipment support.Thirdly,it presents the basic steps,and indicates that our army must strengthen the IRP if we want to implement the grandeur development. |
