铈对Ni-Mo合金电极析氢性能的影响

摘    要:在Ni-Mo合金镀液中添加Ce盐,制备了Ce盐修饰的Ni-Mo合金电极,研究了Ce对Ni-Mo合金电极析氢催化性能的影响,并测试研究了Ce对Ni-Mo合金镀层结构的影响。实验结果表明,镀液中添加少量的Ce盐并没有改变合金电极的结构,但是使镀层的晶粒细化,从而增大了电极的真实表面积,提高了Ni-Mo合金电极的析氢催化活性。

Abstract:Ni-Mo alloy modified by rare earth Ce was prepared by electro-deposition with addition of the rear earth element in the Ni-Mo alloy plating solution.The effect of the rear earth element on electrocatalytic activity for HER of Ni-Mo alloy electrode was studied.And the effect of the rear earth on structure of Ni-Mo alloy was studied by XRD,SEM etc.It can be seen that addition of rare earth Ce didn't change the structure of alloy,but diminished the crystal grain size and increased the real surface area so that improved the activity for HER of the Ni-Mo alloy electrode which was modified by rare earth Ce.
