摘    要:普通的直流电抗器体积和重量较大,严重制约着开关电源的小型化,并且线圈中所通过的电流是单方向的直流电流,随着线圈电流的增加,铁心的磁通密度逐渐趋向饱和,如果在磁路上加一个直流偏置,就会减小磁路上总的磁势,降低铁心中磁通密度的饱和程度。阐述了永磁偏置直流电抗器的工作原理,对该电抗器的磁路进行了线性解析与设计,并通过实验进行了验证。

Abstract:Miniaturization of switching power is limited due to the big volume and heavy weight of common direct current reactor.Meanwhile,the current passed through the coil is director current with single direction.The magnetic flux density in the iron core gradually tend to saturation with increasing the coil current.If a direct current bias is added to the magnetic circuit, the general magnet potential on the magnetic circuit and the saturation degree of magnetic flux density in the iron core are decreased.In this paper,the working principle of a permanent magnet biased direct current reactor is expounded.Through linear analyzing,the magnetic circuit of the reactor is designed.Data from experimental is also provided to support the conclusion.
