对染色机主筒体结构的研究

摘    要:我国目前仿制的染色机大筒体与前锥体及筒身多为无折边连接,环缝间距只有150mm,不符合GB150环缝间距≥300mm,不符合GB150环缝间距≥300mm的要求,此结构不仅环焊缝多,锥形段存在边界迭加应力,不安全因素增加,外形不美观,也增加了焊接及射线探伤的工作量,本文对此结构进行了重新设计,将大筒体设计为大鼓形节结构,并采用现代制造技术,有效克服了上述缺陷。

Abstract:Most big barrels,precentrums and cylinders of the dyeing machines modelled in China are of no edgefold joint,with the circular seam space of 150mm,not up to the GB150 standard,which requires more than 30 mm in circular seam space. Such a structure,with many circular soldering seams and its bowrdary additive stress in the cone body,increases the insecure factors and the work of melding and ray inspection,and its outline is not so elegant as wess. This author redesigns the structure by changing the big barrel into big drum joint structure and overcome the above defects effectively by using modern manufacturing techniques.
