摘    要:
综述了最近报道的关于应用色谱法检测食品中性激素多组分残留的分析方法。首先对性激素作简短的介绍,然后着重概述了性激素多组分残留的分析方法,包括样品的提取、纯化和各种不同的检测方法,并对各种不同的分析方法进行详细阐述。最后总结了性激素多组分残留检测方法的发展趋势。
