| 摘 要： | 用固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶的C18液相色谱柱，以PDA检测器对2-氯甲基-3，5-二甲基-4-甲氧基吡啶盐酸盐进行了高效液相色谱分离，选用乙腈与缓冲液（磷酸氢二钾与磷酸二氢钾质量比为1．36：013，pH=6．8）体积比45：55作为流动相，检测波长204mn。该法相对标准偏差1．38％，回收率达99．8％。

| Abstract: | 2-Chloromethyl-3,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy pyridine hydrochloride is separated by HPLC with chromatographic column packed with Cl8 and PDA detector. The mobile phase is composed of acetonitrile and buffer solution （ mass ratio of K2HPO4 to KH2PO4 is 1.36：0. 13, pH = 6. 8） with volume ratio of 45：55. The detection wave length is at 204 nm. The relative standard deviation is 1.38% and the recovery rate is 99.8%. |
