蜗杆形成原理及面向对象的建模方法

摘    要:按蜗杆加工方法对蜗杆进行分类,采用面向对象的方法建立了圆柱蜗杆和环面蜗杆加工的空间坐标系,对数学模型进行了推导,各种具体的蜗杆仅需按刀具母线安装位置或刀具母面建立子类,通过继承即可建立具体蜗杆的齿面方程从而进行啮合分析及评价各类蜗杆传动的啮合性能,为蜗杆传动的、选型和工艺设计提供依据和设计原则,为蜗杆传动的CAD模型、图形处理、并行设计和专家系统的知识库的建立提供了基础。

Abstract:Worms were sorted according to its machining method. Spatial coordinates of machining columnar and hourglass worms were established with Object oriented method and have been intensive developed math mould. Multifarious specific worm child class math mould can be established only according to fixing position of tools' generatrix line or surface in the coordinate. With the successive method it is easy to set up tooth surface equations of particular worms and to process engaging analysis and to appraise property. It has provided design regulation for parameter design, transmission selection and process planning and has established foundation for CAD modeling, graph manipulate concurrent design and to set up knowledge base with expert system of worm drive.
