基于IPM的兆瓦级牵引供电变流器机组设计

摘    要:为了解决牵引供电中传统二极管整流系统制动能量不能回馈的问题,本文设计了一套以IPM为核心功率器件的兆瓦级PWM整流器机组。给出了变流器机组拓扑结构,及SKiiP智能功率模块的选择原因。详细叙述了DSP控制系统及其保护功能,与SKiiP模块之间的接口电路。同时给出了控制方案和软件设计。试验结果表明变流机组可靠运行,实现了直流电压稳定输出、能量双向流动,满足牵引供电要求。

Abstract:A MW-level PWM rectifier set with IPM as its key power devices is designed, in order to solve the brake-energy feedback problem in conventional diode rectifier for traction power supply. Topology of converter set and reason for choosing SKiiP intelligent power module are given.
