四轴加工中心热误差建模及补偿技术研究

摘    要:文章基于多体系统理论,提出四轴加工中心的热误差建模理论和方法.通过优化测温点,建立热误差模型.在立式加工中心上对空间曲面进行加工和补偿实验,其结果表明补偿效果显著.

Abstract:Based on MBS(Multi-body System Theory),a thermal error model was presented here in four axes machining centers as well as the related compensation method. According to optimization of the measured temperature dot ,the thermal error model was established. The spatial surface was machined and experimented in vertical machining centers. An obvious improvement after the compensation was showed from the measurement results.
