高压直流断路器技术

摘    要:笔者着重从高压直流输电换流站用直流断路器的功能要求、主要性能、基本构成、开断原理及试验技术等方面进行探讨,分析了直流断路器和交流断路器在电流转换、环境耐受和开断性能等方面的区别,给出了直流断路器转换电流的计算公式,表明合理选择直流断路器绝缘件的爬电比距对于提高运行水平非常重要,且开断直流电流必须创造过零点。另外,还阐述了直流断路器与交流断路器有主要区别的性能试验,供中国高压直流断路器的研制者参考。

Abstract:This paper discusses the DC circuit breaker installed in converter station of HVDC project,focusing on the functional requirements,main performance,basic composition,principle of breaking and test technology.The differences of DC circuit breaker and AC circuit breaker in current conversion,environmental tolerance,and breaking performance,etc.are analyzed,and a formula for calculating conversion current of DC circuit breaker is offered.The results show that selecting reasonable creepage distance of DC circuit breaker insulator is very important for improving the operation level,and zero-crossing point must be created when breaking DC.In addition,this paper also describes different performance tests for both DC circuit breaker and AC circuit breaker to provide a reference for Chinese researchers of high-voltage DC circuit breakers.
