摘    要:分析了原超精机高频、小幅油石直线振荡装置的局限性,提出一种新型四轮驱动悬吊弹簧板振荡装置,并进行了运动学和力学分析.新型装置克服了原悬吊弹簧板振荡装置油石易水平扭转的局限性,使油石振荡直线性更好,振荡更加平稳;前后偏心轮与振荡板接触处磨损程度相同,即使产生磨损,油石振荡方向也不会变化;能够继承原悬吊弹簧板振荡装置的主要...

Abstract:The limitations of high-frequency and small amplitude oilstone linear oscillating device of original superfinishing machine are analyzed,a new four-wheel driving suspension spring plate oscillating device is proposed,and its kinematics and mechanics are analyzed.The new device overcomes the limitations that the oilstone is easy to produce horizontal torsional motion in original suspension spring plate oscillating device,thus the oscillating motion of oilstone becomes more linear and more stable.The front and rear eccentric wheels have same degree of wear at contact area against oscillating plate,and the oilstone oscillating direction will not change even if wear occurs.It can inherit the main advantages of original suspension spring plate oscillating device,that is,the supporting parts of oscillating motion is not easy to wear,even if wear occurs,it can be automatically compensated by reset spring.
