Abstract:
In-pipe intelligent isolation technology has become one of the main technical methods of emergency maintenance for pipeline accidents,and the sealing performance of the sealing rubber is the decisive factor to evaluate the in-pipe intelligent isolation ability.To investigate the influence of parameters of the sealing rubber on the sealing performance and further improve the isolation ability of the in-pipe isolation.The ABAQUS finite element analysis software was applied,combined with the single factor analysis method and multi-factor coupling analysis method,the influence of each parameter on the sealing performance of the rubber cylinder was explored separately,and the parameters of the sealing rubber cylinder were optimized under the same driving force,namely,the maximum sealing pressure.By analyzing the material and geometric characteristics of the rubber cylinder,the constitutive model of the sealing rubber cylinder was established,and then the mechanical theory model of the rubber cylinder conforming to the actual working conditions was obtained.The sealing characteristics of the rubber packer under variable parameters were analyzed using the finite element simulation method.Combined with the response surface method(RSM),the sealing performance of the sealing rubber under the multi-parameter coupling condition was obtained through fitting the functional relationship between the factors and the response values.The optimization of the sealing parameters of the rubber packers has been conducted and the optimal values of the rubber packer under this condition have been obtained.It provides the theoretical support for further improving the sealing performance of the rubber packer in the pipeline isolation technology.
