基于触摸屏的单梁架桥机电气控制系统设计

本文设计了DJ180型单梁式架桥机的控制系统,它采用三菱可编程序控制器控制,互锁性能好,控制安全、可靠;不仅可以通过控制面板对架桥机进行操作,同时也可以通过触摸屏面板对架桥机进行相应操作,使用者只要用手指轻轻地碰计算机显示屏上的图符或者文字就能控制架桥机,操作更人性化、安全化、方便化。

The Electrical System Design of Single-beam Bridge Machine Based on Touch Screen

According to the long-term planning of the railway,the construction of bridges scale is increasing,erecting machine becomes the main bridge mechanical equipment.In this paper the DJ180 single guide beam bridge machine is studied,it adopts mitsubishi programmable controller,the performance of interlocking is good,and it is reliable and safe.It can be operated through control panel,at the same time,it can also be operated through the touch screen.so long as the users touch the screen with their fingers gently the erecting machine can run,which makes operation become more humane,safe,convenient.
